Yoga for Kids and Adults
Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline which originated in India. With effective postures and breathing techniques, a greater emphasis is placed on the inner experience of meditation and well-being of mind to achieve harmony within so the journey through life becomes calmer, happier, and more fulfilled.

Reiki - Service not available
- Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle, yet powerful method of healing. Reiki treatment follows a traditional pattern of hand positions, resting without pressure on or above the body.
- Reiki is pure divine energy and brings about deep relaxation and healing.
- The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei, which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "Spiritually guided life force energy.“
